Q: Do you carry plus sizes? I don’t see a plus size section on your website!

A: We order all of our styles in sizes XS to 4X, if the manufacturer makes that run of sizes. So check out all of our collections, every size we have will be right there on the product page. No need to shop in a special section! Whether you’re a size XS or a size 4X, you’re a bombshell and we’ll have a dress for you!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days for regular priced items purchased ONLINE. If 30 days have gone by since the date you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

NOTE: any items purchased ON SALE are final sale and are not eligible for refund.

Non-returnable items: Swimwear, lingerie, sale items, gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We will not accept returns or exchanges on any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Also, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at suziesbombshellboutique@gmail.com.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items purchased on sale will not be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, mail to: 21 Market St E Port Dover Ontario CA N0A1N0 *please use regular mail with tracking*

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any additional costs related to your shipment (ie: COD; Duty) that are charged to Suzie's Bombshell Boutique will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

 Q: How long does it take for you to ship out my order?

A: Most orders will be packed and sent out within 48 hours of receiving payment. If there will be a delay in shipping, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We ship with Canada Post, Monday through Friday.

Q: How long until I get my order?

A: Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We are shipping from Ontario, Canada so please check the Canada Post website for estimated shipping times to your country. We cannot guarantee delivery times and any delays with the postal service our out of our hands. 

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: We accept Paypal and Shopify payments, which means we take all major credit cards.
